Mandi McReynolds is an author, educator, and community relations practitioner-scholar. She is executive director of the Principal Foundation and oversees corporate social responsibility. She also is the owner of Mandi McReynolds Consulting. Mandi has a passion for teaching, supporting and advocating for system wide change that can impact the lives of individuals on the pathway to financial self-sufficiency – which includes access to affordable housing, employment, and childcare. She has spent her career building community relations and leadership programs at three different educational institutions and now serves the Foundation of a fortune 250 global company, Principal Financial in Des Moines.
