Morgan currently resides in Houston, Texas, where she continues her dedicated work in higher education.She dedicates herself to nurturing their talents, fostering connections, and equipping them with the resources necessary to effect equitable and sustainable changes within their communities and personal spheres.
In her capacity, Morgan extends her support across various student engagement programs, including the esteemed Newman Civic Fellowship, Campus Innovation Cohort, and the Student Design Fellows. With a robust background in higher education, student engagement, and university recruitment, Morgan's passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion serves as the cornerstone of her work. Her unwavering dedication to driving positive social change and leadership development has been honed through experiences at institutions such as Michigan State University, Wayne State University, Johns Hopkins University, and Northwestern University.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University. She brings a wealth of knowledge in program creation, development, and implementation, crafting student programming and training offerings that empower students to take the lead in their communities.
