Kaitlin Rattigan is Campus Compact's Event and Operations Specialist. She is based in Woodbury, New Jersey.

Kaitlin has spent the last 11 years supporting social justice nonprofits and planning engaging online and in-person events. As Community Builder for Take The Lead, Kaitlin created online communities and engagement opportunities for women to gain equity in the workforce. Kaitlin has also managed youth-serving programs in the areas of workforce development and comprehensive sex education. Before joining the Campus Compact team, she conducted grassroots community development via storytelling events. Kaitlin fights for a world where oppressive systems are dismantled and replaced with community-led systems of care. Kaitlin has her M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with an emphasis on both Nonprofit Management and Gender and Peace Building from Arcadia University and a B.S. in both Justice and Peace Studies and English from the University of St. Thomas. She currently lives in Woodbury, New Jersey (Lenni-Lenape land).
