Meredith Mineo is the Director of People and Culture at Campus Compact. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.

For 15 years, Meredith has worked or consulted with nonprofits and for-profit businesses, building people-centered operational systems and tools, workplace culture and practices, and organizational design and development. A facilitator and strategic thought partner, Meredith has worked and collaborated with mission-driven organizations, including the Center for Reproductive Rights, The Scratch Foundation, A Growing Culture, and High Road Restaurants at One Fair Wage, to name a few.
She's not just a grower at work but also a farmer! Meredith has led an Urban Farming Entrepreneurship program in Brooklyn and supported the startup of and apprenticed on a small organic farm in Maine. Throughout her career, Meredith has helped design and facilitate internship, fellowship, and entrepreneurship programs, collaborating and partnering with various educational institutions and communities throughout the U.S.
With a commitment to anti-oppression and self-determination Meredith strives to center and work in community, so we can imagine and build the systems and structures needed to ensure a liberated future for all. Much of her work and practices have centered on food, land, environmental, education, reproductive, healing, and disability justice initiatives.
Meredith has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Adolescent Education, Social Sciences. Currently, you will find her living in New York - though she has lived throughout the U.S, working with organizations at the hyper local level as well as those with national and global presences.
