In his role, Gavin manages Campus Compact's ongoing marketing campaigns, develops content, and is responsible for data analysis. Prior to the Compact he worked in a variety of non-profit settings — youth education, clothing insecurity, and DEI leadership. He also brings experience in the private sector, spending time in technology and consulting. He earned his B.A. in communications from the University of Maryland in 2013. He was born and raised in Maryland and now lives in Scituate, Massachusetts with his family.
