Hope isn't just possible in this moment; it's essential, and it can be found in the heart of our campuses, communities, and students.
At Compact26, we come together around our shared belief that higher education's greatest strength lies in its capacity to serve the public good. Join us as we explore ways to turn our hopes into realities through intentional action, shared storytelling, collaborative partnerships, and compassionate connection—so that we may collectively navigate the challenges of the moment and deepen our commitment to higher education's public mission.
Compact26 is the largest and most inclusive national conference focused on the role of higher education in building healthy communities and fostering a just and equitable democracy. Sessions explore topics such as civic learning and democratic engagement, publicly engaged scholarship, practice, and teaching, community-engaged partnerships, institutional action, and anchor initiatives.
Held over 3 days, Compact26 provides resources, professional development, networking opportunities, and inspiration to community engagement professionals, engaged faculty, community partners, student civic leaders, and campus senior leaders.
