Campus Compact is now hiring two program coordinators for its new College Renaissance Corps initiative, which seeks to partner with community colleges to increase economic mobility and support closing critical talent shortages in high-demand industries by increasing enrollment and work-based learning experiences for current and incoming students.
CRCorps is envisioned as a new national program and has secured planning grants in Colorado and Texas to begin designing the program in partnership with leading community colleges in the respective states. The program coordinators will be based in Houston and Denver and will work under the supervision of the National Director to support the design and implementation planning process in partnership with. The priority is to submit a successful application to AmeriCorps in the spring of 2023 for program operations to begin in Fall of 2023. If funding applications are successful, the Coordinator will also begin to develop and implement an AmeriCorps member recruitment and training, host site development and support, and general operations.
