Zoe is Campus Compact's Digital Communications Coordinator. She is based in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Zoe is originally from Berkeley, California and moved to New Orleans in 2019 to learn more about the city's unique social policy systems. She spent the past two and a half years doing communications, development, and legal assistance work for the Promise of Justice Initiative, a non-profit legal office advocating for change in Louisiana's criminal justice system. Prior to that she worked in various education and communications roles in Los Angeles, Beijing, and the Bay Area. She has a B.A. in Sociology with a focus in educational equity from U.C. Berkeley.
