Kristina is an AmeriCorps member serving as the Half-Time Communications Coordinator of the Campus Climate Action Corps at Campus Compact. She is based in Hanson, Massachusetts.

In this role, Kristina will be leading the charge of developing CCAC's public awareness campaign, curating promotional materials highlighting CCAC's initiatives and host sites, and will be training CCAC members on effective communication strategies in their local communities.
Before joining CCAC, she worked with a healthcare nonprofit where she gained valuable experience in campaign development and designing relevant promotional materials. Kristina also volunteered as an advertising and media specialist for a creative upcycling business in Tampa called Creative Junk Therapy where she promoted their initiative of reusing the community's donated "junk" to create art. Kristina received a BA in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marine Biology from the University of Tampa. Her undergraduate studies focused on gaining a better understanding of communications practices in order to take charge of meaningful initiatives for the environment, and she is excited to continue her work in environmental stewardship with CCAC.
