Amy Tsui Luke

Amy Tsui Luke is a strategic and creative leader who has had an expansive 25-year career in consulting, investment banking, non-profit, and media. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of Healthspan, an early stage wellness consulting practice. She is also a strategic and financial advisor to Sportzpeak, a sports medicine technology company. Previously, she was CEO, North America and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group Expand Research, where she was responsible for leading strategic growth, integration, and people development. Earlier, Amy was a Managing Director and Partner at Accenture where she was a leader in the Capital Markets practice and also led business development for all industry groups for the New York Metro office. Amy was also an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston, a strategy consultant at BCG, and a senior executive at Forbes.

Amy is also extremely involved as a leader within her community in the areas of education, leadership, and health. She leads numerous mentoring, inclusion/diversity, and corporate citizenship initiatives. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Global Citizens Initiative, Inc. Previously, she has served on the boards of Wellesley College Alumnae Association (Governance Chair), Nightingale-Bamford School, Diller-Quaile School of Music, Harvard Business School Women’s Association of Greater New York, Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Leadership Board, Komen for the Cure of Greater New York (Governance and NomCom Chair), and 60 Tenants Corporation (Treasurer and Vice President). Amy is a very active speaker and mentor to business executives and students. Amy holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Wellesley College
