Newman Civic Fellowship Program Components

2016 Newman Civic Fellows

As part of their participation in the program, fellows are expected to complete and submit a short reflection piece describing their experience to Campus Compact by the end of their fellowship year.

The Newman Civic Fellowship includes a variety of program components, including:

  • national convening of Newman Civic Fellows
  • regional and state gatherings of Newman Civic Fellows
  • webinar series focused on skill development and professional learning
  • self-assessment tool to help fellows track their growth and skill development
  • opportunities to submit conference proposals to present at Campus Compact affiliated conferences
  • local mentor
